Big Boy Ballistics LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer in Papillion, Nebraska. Every order ships from a licensed distributor or from our premises, and firearms are always delivered to a licensed dealer for transfer — never to a customer's home.
Federal law requires that a firearm purchased online be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in the buyer's state. You complete the purchase here, we ship to the dealer you choose, and you finish the transfer in person at that dealer with a Form 4473 and a NICS background check.
Transferring with us instead? If you're local, we handle transfers by appointment at 9257 Platteview Rd, Papillion, NE 68046. Our fee is $30 for a standard transfer and $50 for NFA items.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment clearing and dealer verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays from weather, carrier backlogs, or distributor stock issues are outside our control. We'll contact you if an item is backordered.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item, its weight, and the destination. Any promotional free-shipping offer applies to ground service within the continental United States only and does not cover expedited or air service.
You are responsible for knowing your local law. By placing an order you confirm the items you're buying are legal to own and receive where you live. If an order cannot lawfully be shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
You must be at least 21 years old to order a handgun or handgun ammunition, and at least 18 years old to order a long gun, long gun ammunition, or most accessories. Age and eligibility are verified in person by the receiving dealer at the time of transfer.
If the receiving dealer refuses the shipment, or if you fail the background check or don't pick the firearm up, the firearm is returned to the distributor. Return shipping and a $50 restocking fee are deducted from your refund. We'll always work with you to arrange transfer to a different dealer before it comes to that.
Inspect the package with the receiving dealer before signing. If a shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can open a carrier claim. Don't accept visibly damaged firearm packages — have the dealer refuse delivery and notify us the same day.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually cancel before the item ships. Once a firearm has shipped, it's handled under the terms on our Return Policy page.
